Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Critical Care
Duke University Hospital has an excellent opportunity for a either a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the cardiothoracic intensive care team. Reporting directly to the Department of Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP), you will work closely and collaborate with the heart center while acting as a resource to the step-down cardiothoracic patients if special needs arise.
In addition to one to two years of experience as an NP/PA in the ICU, current or compact state of North Carolina licensure is required. Certification as an Acute Care or Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or must be licensed in the state of NC and be certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
